I'm very appreciative of the team working tonight. Usually don't eat out and don't have a car so treated myself to an order through Uber and my order was apparently stolen or lost in transit on Ubers fault. They professionally handled the 4 ! Other drivers sent after and after getting nowhere with Uber support they went out of their way to resolve the problem. Our company has monthly lunches for employees and at least twice a year we order from here. The food is always delicious and the staff are wonderful. I have to order food for 2 shifts, and the order is always perfect. We will continue to order from them again and again.
I gave service a three star. I was placing my order when the woman helped me leave to help another customer and ignored me. I was the first customer. My order should've been complete before moving to the next person. I should say her name and should've reported the poor service I received from her to her manager, but I'm not a type of person who's an eye for an eye.
