Panda Express was always a guilty pleasure of mine and their orange chicken was always a huge comfort food for me (weirdly) but it seems like after the company released their new version of the orange chicken & changed the sauce, the original orange chicken doesn't taste nearly as good. It sucks, but I'll probably never eat there again unless someone else is buying.
Customer service here is questionable. Seem like most the people speak broken English and talk quickly in addition to that which makes it even harder to understand what they're saying. I ordered the mushroom chicken and the girl says quickly like I'm supposed to know you're going to wait for the mushrooms? I said what do you mean she nods at the bowl where they dish the mushrooms from like I should know that it's not full. I said no I'd rather not wait...

Endless price increases, deminished quality and unmistakable aggressive portion control seem to be the game plan here.
