My husband and I had never been to any Panda Express location in Tucson. The only one we had ever visited was inside a casino hotel in Las Vegas. We had read many bad reviews about various branches in Tucson and the surrounding area.

Diego genuinely deserves recognition. I went to the drive thru (Cortaro & AZ Pavilions) yesterday, Monday 7/20/26, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his outstanding customer service. I will continue to come back because of him. Managers, please do the right thing and give him a raise and a promotion.

When someone orders takeout, you have to make sure you give them what they ordered, because when you get home you realize something's wrong. I ordered broccoli beef and they gave me Beijing beef.
