I not only say that solidly because of their food quality but also because I went in there with no money and they still was able to make me a small pepperoni pizza. No hesitation no questions. It’s Halloween night, and I just stopped in to grab a couple pizzas — and I’m honestly blown away. Despite the madness of Halloween rush hour, the entire team was firing on all cylinders with incredible teamwork, professionalism, and genuine courtesy. Every person I interacted with was polite, upbeat, and even spreading holiday cheer while moving nonstop.
The gentleman calling out orders deserves a medal (and some hot tea for his vocal cords). The coordination and communication between staff were top-tier — the kind of cohesion most businesses only dream of. And on top of that, the pizzas looked and tasted phenomenal.
I build business systems and train teams for a living, and I’ll tell you right now — I was jealous of how well this crew operated tonight. Absolute excellence in both product and performance. They crushed it.“
“I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. Arrived fast but delivery driver dropped my wings on the floor, called the store and let them know and they gave me the option of new wings or a refund no other questions asked. Great customer service! I got the wings of course, everything was delicious.“

“Ordered a 15 pizza delivery at 9am for the same day to be delivered at 11:45am. Minutes after placing the order, the manager on duty called to advise they have multiple large orders and would be running late. I was not concerned about the time difference and very much appreciated him reaching out. The food still showed up ON TIME and was HOT and delicious.

“Great staff! I had placed an order for delivery yesterday. The organization that they use for deliveries cancelled the delivery and gave no reason. When I called to get the status, the staff explained to me what had happened and made the order for me. I went to pick it up and they had it ready in 15 min. The cancellation was outside of their control, but they bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. Appreciate going above and beyond.“
“Great customer service, top notch. They accidentally delivered wrong pizza to my house. Door dash said they couldn’t do anything that it wasn’t their fought. Called the store manager and they remade the correct pizza and had it delivered in a fast timely manner. Too bad all restaurants aren’t like this because most would apologize and say we can give you a credit for next time.“
“The people that work here are amazing. The website changed the time I after I paid and I called the 800 number and I guess the store never received the call and made it right. They are the best and always so nice. It is my favorite location“

It was clear they were short-staffed, yet they handled the pressure with great attitudes and strong teamwork.
Customer service like this makes a real difference. Despite the rush, they stayed focused, friendly, and committed to quality. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication and would absolutely recommend this location based on this experience.“
