“Great pizza and great customer service these guys are some of the best to be honest. Even if I have an issue they always resolved it professionally. I will have to say can you guys do us all a favor and make a breakfast pizza. When I was a kid going to school they had a breakfast pizza, it was the best pizza in the morning and I would just love to be able to order a pizza like that first thing in the morning.“

“I set up my order online for pickup. Due to dietary restrictions I requested no cheese which I know is not a common request. A few minutes after submitting the order I received a call from this location confirming if I indeed did not want cheese. It was great to receive this level of customer service. With a simple call this location will now have me a regular return customer.“

“I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. Arrived fast but delivery driver dropped my wings on the floor, called the store and let them know and they gave me the option of new wings or a refund no other questions asked. Great customer service! I got the wings of course, everything was delicious.“

“Great staff! I had placed an order for delivery yesterday. The organization that they use for deliveries cancelled the delivery and gave no reason. When I called to get the status, the staff explained to me what had happened and made the order for me. I went to pick it up and they had it ready in 15 min. The cancellation was outside of their control, but they bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. Appreciate going above and beyond.“

“So I ordered a pizza from this location and I will say at first I was unhappy. But it was only due to my pizza not having the pepperoni that I thought it should have had. Which at the end of the day was my fault (I based it off the picture and not rhe oder form). Anyway I went back to the location and the manager was very nice to me as I was to her explaining my mishap. Long story short she and her very nice crew which may have included the owner ( he was the only one with a blk shirt which made believe this is a franchise) remade my pizza and it came out great. The customer service I experienced at this location was above a 10. Will definitely continue buying pizza from here!!!“

“Went there for lunch and Will was GREAT. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. knowing that Will is there from now on I will go more often. The guy really cares about great food and cleanliness. Once people know that there is a person with a Big heart to serve them good food. People will come by more often“

“It’s papa John’s can’t give a 5 because it’s a food chain business but it’s consistent and well made one of the better papa John’s in town. The staff is the one’s laying down the toppings and making sure it’s correct. This place is great at that.“

“Absolutely disappointed 😞! The Philly Cheesesteak Papadia had thinly shaven meat that looked like a light sprinkle of parsley. I've had the sandwich before and it did not looked like want had been served this day. I waited about a hour or more and the guy that served me could care less.“
