Food was enjoyable, ordered three times, although the service they use for delivery, is horrible. Been over 1/2 late every time. Called to check in on my order, and “manager” took zero responsibility, blaming the company for hiring a third party for delivery. I ordered all three times online, and gave set delivery times…. It never happened
Honestly, 100% of the time they are super nice and professional. Even delivering they are so amazing! The one time I had a problem they fixed it promptly and gave me a refund of the product. I LOVE papa johns and would order it all the the time if it wasn’t so expensive!!!

Papa John's prices are going to ruin business. Whoever had the bright idea of "inflation break" should be terminated or demoted because it's a complete farce and does nothing to bring the price down. It's nothing but backwards mess and confuses customers about price. I knew I wasn't saving a dime when I ended up paying $26.00 for.......one large pizza!! ? Like I said, drop the "inflation" gimmick and get back to normal prices people can actually afford. Till then I'll be taking...read full review
