I love ur pizza... I just wished u had some new specials
When I arrived there was already a couple people ahead of me waiting and even though there was 3 staff no one had talked to any of them yet. There were other people seated waiting for their orders. Finally after a few minutes of us awkwardly standing there waiting one came up. Everyone was mobile order so moved very quick once we had a staff person but they were missing items for my order so I am happy I checked before leaving.

I didn't tip 😭
I don't ever tip really prices are just to expensive everywhere. But I wish they left an after tip option . The food was amazing . Not greasy underneath . They had the perfect amount of marinara sauce in the pizza . Most places just put to little like Peterpiper . But this places was generous with the sauce on pizza . Wow . I'd tip you now if I could . It's just hard to tip when you don't know what ur getting :) but here's a 5 star for you best pizza...read full review

Papa John's Pizza is known for its friendly and professional service. Employees are outgoing and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure customer comfort. Pizza is praised as the "absolute best" in Tucson, while some customers note that the prices can be high. Despite this, Papa John's has a reputation for prompt issue resolution and exceptional customer service.
Sean and Shawn and Ashley are great employees. They made sure pizza was the best customer could have had in a while. They were very personable and made customers feel welcome. The lady with pink hair and glasses, although not friendly, did not affect the pizza taste which is always hot, fresh and amazing.
