My wife and I visited this restaurant last spring and we loved the food and atmosphere.\nUnfortunately we have tried going back during the summer and they are on a long monsoon break which is understandable, but customers are left completely in the dark on when they will reopen.\nI called today and someone said “I think we may reopen next week” \nVery hard to plan a nice dinner with my wife with that answer.\nThey need to publish an actual date when opening.

Outstanding Experience at Penca!

Penca truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the warm, rustic atmosphere and the attentive service. The staff was friendly and made the experience feel genuinely welcoming.

The food was delicious – every dish was packed with bold, authentic flavors. I especially loved the queso fundido with tortillas, and the short rib over hominy was incredibly tender and flavorful....
