Probably one of the best short ribs we have ever had and some awesome craft cocktails. The decor and lighting made for a very romantic dinner. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going back.
Penca was absolutely the BEST meal we’ve had in Tucson. Michael, the chef, is spectacular at melding amazing handmade ingredients with undeniably perfect sauces was an absolute surprise and treat. We were blown away by everything from the Sonoran restaurant week menu. To even further delight our palate we had the drink pairing prepare by Weston which elevated every bite, especially the chocolate fernet which pulled in the most incredible cinnamon and baked smells instantly!...
Everything was amazing! The staff was super friendly. Everbite of food I had was out of this world good. The folks in the kitchen know what they are doing! I haven't been to a lot of places in Tucson, and this is one of my favorites. I look forward to coming back.
