Overall, my recommendation to some friends was well received and we had a wonderful meal. We were not rushed and were allowed to linger after our meal. We agreed that we will return soon to enjoy the delightful ambiance and a wonderful culinary experience.
Our experience at PY Steakhouse was wonderful. The servers were all great and took such excellent care of us throughout our meal. Everything was delicious from the wine and appetizer to our complimentary anniversary dessert (we highly recommend the 11 Layer cake!). We love PY Steakhouse for our special occasions!!!
Service was AMAZING! Brayson was phenomenal. I would give him 10 stars if I could! However.... I have worked in restaurants for years and the chicken looked undercooked. After this was brought to attention the manager they said it was the brining. However the manager never even came by to talk to us about it. I even sent the pictures to chefs I have worked with and they agreed it was undercooked. They offered an anniversary dessert but it never came and we waited 20 minutes. The...
