Was embarrassed by the bad quality of food and service for breakfast hosting a visiting diplomat. With only a couple of other tables our breakfast took 30 minutes to arrive, with the hash browns arriving 10 minutes later to go with eggs that were cold and rubbery. Toast was cold, one person got their food 15 minutes after everyone else. I had an upset stomach from the huevos rancheros (also cold). I will never bring visitors here for breakfast again.
I had reached out to the hotel with some questions about suites and they were always helpful and friendly. The hotel is really clean and I love the whole atrium interior. We got a suite and love the extra space and the AC works well when it’s 257 degrees outside. The bed is awesome but it’s pretty low to the ground and a little tough to get up off the bed.
