We went to the Star Pass resort paid tequila tasting (not the freebie for guests) at the Salud Terraza bar and thoroughly enjoyed it. Bartender Scott was very engaging and did a great job of going over each tequila. The tapas style small plates served with each tasting were as much a star as the tequila. Compliments to the chef, and I'm sorry I don't remember her name. The food pairings were excellent. They should bottle and sell the sauce she put on the pork belly bite.
The staff at Salud were very helpful in reserving a spot for our large group and provided excellent service on a very busy night (thank you Maya, Codie, and JJ!). Food and drinks are very good and honestly not over the top expensive considering the view! Bonus photo of cute terrace quail.
The ambiance on the patio is beautiful! Our server Juan went above and beyond to make my friend’s birthday special with a birthday trio and candle. He was very attentive and kind. The food was ok. Really this is a place to come to for excellent service, drinks and a view of the city.
