It's not my recommendation to stay here when the hotel is sold out. The noise level carries over throughout the halls and restaurant. The food quality was sub-par. I've eaten here before and the quality then was far better. It was hard not to feel as though the chef just pushed the food out (cold - unseasoned - over cooked) because of the high demand.
I very much enjoyed the breakfast at the signature grill. The full buffet was a good value and I was surprised it included pancakes or French toast made to order. That along with the great buffet selection and omelet station set this breakfast a notch above the majority of similar resort restaurants. My wife really loved the pozole, so the southwest vibes are also present.

As a spa resort hotel restaurant, it is known for its high-quality food, but meals can be quite expensive, with some dishes reaching up to $80. Despite the prices, the quality of dishes like the mac n cheese with pork belly croutons has left a lasting impression on many diners. The restaurant continues to be a great complement to any stay at the JW Marriott Starr Pass.
