We weren't sure what to expect because this place has been around forever and not in the best area. It by far had the best service and best steak I've had so far in Tucson. I think you get plenty of food for the price and each thing stands well on its own. I even like my steak well done and it needed nothing on it because the flavor alone was so great. Been to Silver Saddle many times, always the best experience. But last night was the beyond the best service and best time we have had there. We had a reservation for 10 for my wife’s birthday and the staff was amazing, the food was perfect and at the end of the night after they closed they even turned the giant sign back on so we could get a group photo. Thank you to the Staff for a wonderful evening, we will definitely return again and again.
The food was really good. It was slightly pricey and It was really hot inside. The foods flavor was great. The salad bar was really good. The crab salad was excellent. My steak was kind of overcooked I asked for medium well (where it should have slight pinkness to it on the inside). But it was more like all the way well done. I would say they should turn up the AC. I was so hot that I had a hard time enjoying my food. I just asked for to go boxes right when they handed my food...
