I'm visiting from out of state and the team made my favorite hot tea (Honey Citrus Mint tea) into a refreshment with just the right amont of sweetener/ lemonade. Perfect for the extreme heat 😓Tucson Az as to offer while visiting😎 👌. thank you 😊
Ordered on the App and was then delayed due to an “emergency” 🙄 meeting for work. Picked up my coffee and hot food 30 min late. They went out of their way to make me a fresh hot sandwich which was pretty awesome.

I haven't been to a Starbucks for years. I thoroughly enjoyed that tasty drink.
The staff that took my order was great and patient. And she made a great drink. Wish I would have gotten her name!
