This is my go-to Starbucks location. The staff are incredibly friendly and timely and the coffee is always great. Yesterday I placed a mobile pick-up order, unaware of the extremely long line at the drive-thru. When I arrived, I had to wait about 15 minutes to get to the drive-thru window to grab my order.Although the coffee was fresh and hot, the breakfast wrap I ordered was room temp/borderline cold as it had been sitting out for probably around 20 minutes at that point. Slowest Starbucks in Tucson. I ask beforehand in the drive thru if I can use two 25 star rewards on one drink (soy and extra shot) and she says no problem. I get to the window to pay and the girl is like "uh twi rewards? You only have one drink don't you? And says that it won't let her use 50 stars. Drink was fine but not worth the wait and price. Not sure if there is an extra shot even in here as it doesn't say on the cup... 1 star for bad customer service and poor speed of service.

I've never had a bad experience at this location they are always quick and polite. They work really hard and early in the mornings they even have somebody standing outside taking orders when there are long lines just to get the process going faster and they ALWAYS have THE CUSTOMER SWIPE THEIR OWN CARD BCUZ COVID UNLIKE OTHER LOCATIONS.
