Sophie is not allowed to be off leash outside. However I've seen other dogs inside and outside not on a leash. Off leash service dogs is very limited. Sophie is protesting.

The atmosphere isn’t so great but the service by Kayla & Danielle make up for it! These girls are the BEST!
