“Came here for a lunch date. I personally am very picky when it comes to sushi. Let me say, this is the best sushi I’ve had since living on the coast. I had a Vegas Roll (pictured below). It was insanely delicious. The staff is incredible as well! Very chill and friendly! Nate and Lydia made us feel at home! As a previous server, they exceeded my expectations! Will definitely make this a regular go-to place whenever I come to town!“

“My wife and I ate here impromptu as we were having drinks nearby. This place offers great sushi (authentic, creative, priced appropriately ). The evening we visited they ran out of rice, but instead of stressing their situation, they gave us an extra roll that didn’t require the rice and it was fantastic! We will definitely be back!“

“We had a wonderful blessed experience not only enjoying their delicious sushi, but with their customer care!💯😁 The owner took her time to not only make sure our experience was good, but got to know us ending our night with positivity and delight!💯 Food is fantastic and I highly recommend stopping by during the week or weekend. “Not gonna lie, you wouldn't think that some random sushi stall in a grocery store would be anything special. But when I tell you these rolls are honestly better than 90% of the other options in Tucson you better believe it. The Shaggy Dog is my new go to when I'm in the mood for sushi and I literally go out of my way to come get it.“
