“Wonderful experience, from the food to the service, especially the service. It's not often you go into a fast food place or any restaurant and are greeted by a smiling face very upbeat personality. Thank you Angie for the exceptional service.“

“Finally revising this review - management changed some years ago. Service has been great, both in wait time and food quality, and with pretty much everyone that works there. Friendly and efficient service. I always order on the app and pick up at the counter, so I can’t really speak to the overall “atmosphere”, but it’s been clean every time I’ve been there, which means something.

Vegetarian options: Black beans can be substituted for meat in any item, and multiple items are noted specifically as vegetarian on the menu.

Parking: Parking is sometimes sketchy when the Mexican restaurant right next to it is full; the main ingress from houghton also goes right between the two. that part of the shopping area wasn’t thought out. There are designated spots for takeout though, and I can always find a spot, it’s just tight.“

“On vacation, I visited my daughter, and we stopped by for lunch. I have to say whoever is managing this taco bell, I give 5 stars. The staff really seemed to be enjoying their job. Friendly and noticed that everyone was happy and working at the same time. I also noticed that when a customer left then someone was cleaning the table immediately. Very clean restaurant.“

“Taco Bell is categorized as fast food and it's exactly as they say... No false advertising here. I don't like the fact that the chili cheese burrito is gone "chilito" but can't go wrong with the crunchy taco as long as you don't wait too long to eat it. The last few times that I bought crunchy tacos they have been soggy before I could even get back to the house. I think the quality is disappearing definitely because they've got chicken on the menu now..“

“Taco Bell here at Speedway and Silver Bell gets mad props from me for 2 reasons ..
1st open way freakin late! I love that, I don't eat dinner before midnight usually, so thank you for that!
2nd Food is prepared consistently good, not great, (it's Taco Bell) but it don't matter if it's 2:45 a m. Or 6:18 p.m., these locos make food consistently good! Let me tell you, I've been to Taco Bell all across the country, and there's been times I get my food, hop into truck to eat l, open up bag look at my food and, I can't believe they actually served me what I took out of that bag!!! So, West Up to West Side TB.!!!“

“Funny story, although I like Taco Bell, it was the furthest thing from my mind today. However, when I went into Dunkin' next door and saw how filthy it was, with nobody manning the counter despite standing there for five minutes, I decided to go next door to Taco Bell instead. Greeted immediately. The crew was joking around with each other, but in a fun way that was still productive. Several crew members were involved with grabbing stuff for me and making me feel welcomed. Food looked and tasted great. Lobby was clean. Other customers came in and I watched their moods improve as the friendly staff did its things to them, too. Thanks for salvaging my day after Dunkin let me down.“

“I'm allergic to everything this is my favorite one to go to because they take their time wash their hands change their gloves and wipe down the line it is so refreshing I don't even have to say anything anymore right when I walk in the manager says okay everybody pay attention it's beautiful anybody with allergies or sensitivity go to this one even if it's out of your way you will not regret it“

“I haven't eaten at a Taco Bell since probably 2011, and when I saw the luxe box I thought I'd give it a shot plus I had to get my favorite...a chicken quesadilla with the 'gut rock' sauce! Overall everything was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised. I won't wait another 20 years to eat here again lol“

“If you appreciate low quality cheap food then Taco Tuesday's at Taco Bell is simply the best.
Clean modern facility with friendly professional staff. My food order took seconds to produce and was served hot, fresh and delicious.

Parking: Small parking lot but the establishment wasn't overly busy so it all worked out well.

“We ordered takeout, the woman who was there was new or didn't want to work, she gave us the wrong order, we had to stand in line again to correct the order, how good the food was, it was well cooked.

Parking: There is enough parking, it is always very large.“

“You can't say anything bad about this location. We have been to a lot of Taco Bells. This was pretty surprising just how delicious this meal was. The food rarely looks like the food in the picture. This not only looked like the food but was amazingly fresh and a flavorful explosion of delightfulness. Highly recommended“

I really enjoy this location, and I have had many bad experiences at other locations. The staff are very happy and work well together. Thank you for giving me a good experience. “The staff and food were excellent. We were having a pretty bad, culminating in my wife straining her ankle and going to the er. I had been sitting in the car with our three cranky children for several hours and we wanted to just pick up a meal on our way home. The staff member working the drive through was extremely friendly and fantastic. We got our food and I can't explain my, or my wife's, surprise when we tried our five layer burritos and they were easily the best we had ever had, warm and fresh. The rest of our boxes met or exceeded most of our other experiences as well. All in all, a fantastic experience. It may have been timing but everything was exactly what we needed.“

“Holy smokes, Taco Bell! This place was my first job when I was 16 and it was a great experience. I've always loved Taco Bell, though my stomach can't handle it as well anymore, haha. The employees are great and the food is always on point; they've never missed anything in my order. I learned, and I preach this to everyone: put jalapeno sauce on everything—it's so good! “One of the Best Taco Bell in the continental US!! And I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bell’s lol. My crunchy tacos did not get soggy at all, they weren’t skimpy with the meat, everything was delicious! And that ain’t the munchies talking either ?“

“Great location right on the bus route with plenty of parking and it's just a great place to stop in and have a bite to eat or if you're in a hurry go to drive through. I did both on the same day I forgot something after I left and had to go to drive through and I have great service and great food both times. I've been back several times just because of the customer service I even live further away and choose this Taco Bell location because of the people working there.“

“THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT!
The manager of this taco bell is particularly kind and helpful. I visit this taco bell weekly, and they have only ever gotten my order wrong one single time, out of over 100 orders. They are very good at what they do, and I know it's just taco bell, but man they really put in the work at this place. Great team, great service. Taco Bell is great.“

“People waiting outside for nearly an hour, in the cold to pick up an order for food delivery service.

This is how this Taco Bell treats your mobile delivery services. Some waiting for 45 minutes outside. It's 2:15 AM and it's 50 degrees outside.

They cleaned it up pretty fast after I took some pictures and started asking questions. 🤣

I raise my star review from a 1, I like Taco Bell.

This particular location has a "How to Treat Other People" issue.
