Taco Bell in Tucson

“Wonderful experience, from the food to the service, especially the service. It's not often you go into a fast food place or any restaurant and are greeted by a smiling face very upbeat personality. Thank you Angie for the exceptional service.“

“Finally revising this review - management changed some years ago. Service has been great, both in wait time and food quality, and with pretty much everyone that works there. Friendly and efficient service. I always order on the app and pick up at the counter, so I can’t really speak to the overall “atmosphere”, but it’s been clean every time I’ve been there, which means something.

Vegetarian options: Black beans can be substituted for meat in any item, and multiple items are noted specifically as vegetarian on the menu.

Parking: Parking is sometimes sketchy when the Mexican restaurant right next to it is full; the main ingress from houghton also goes right between the two. that part of the shopping area wasn’t thought out. There are designated spots for takeout though, and I can always find a spot, it’s just tight.“

“Quite possibly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in the fast food industry. Clinton was absolutely amazing. I have never really felt compelled to write a review for fast food but man that was something special. Just solid friendly service.“

“Girl at the windows name is Alex was able to help me when a different Taco Bell told me it was impossible. It’s amazing to see great customer service thank you Alex and Oli highly recommend people in the Midville area go to the Irvington Taco Bell instead of the Valencia Taco Bell. The food quality is better. The staff are nicer and have better customer service. Substitutions allowed and welcome to this location.“

“The food is decent if you consume it promptly, but I would not pay full price for it. I would definitely use the app to redeem the coupons. The inside seating area is not the cleanest, and the public restroom does require a code to use. The staff is cordial though.“

“Clean taco bell and friendly staff.
Took a bit long to satisfy my online order today, but we enjoyed the grub.
Cinnamon twists were stale and hard but they remade them for me.

“The staff and food were excellent. We were having a pretty bad, culminating in my wife straining her ankle and going to the er. I had been sitting in the car with our three cranky children for several hours and we wanted to just pick up a meal on our way home. The staff member working the drive through was extremely friendly and fantastic. We got our food and I can't explain my, or my wife's, surprise when we tried our five layer burritos and they were easily the best we had ever had, warm and fresh. The rest of our boxes met or exceeded most of our other experiences as well. All in all, a fantastic experience. It may have been timing but everything was exactly what we needed.“

“This location was very helpful in remaking my order that I never received when I ordered on the app. A driver was assigned to the order, apparently picked out up but never delivered it. He must have been hungry 😡 the order was reassigned to another driver and when he got there they told him the order was already picked up. So they remade the order and the Doordash driver was amazing!! He kept in contact with me the whole time and delivered my order with a smile! This location was fantastic and I appreciate them!“

“I didn't realize until after I made my order that Taco Bell doesn't go on location data and it sent my order to the wrong store. I quickly went inside and told the manager and he called the other store and canceled the order and made it for this location excellent service great food very friendly employees beautiful views! I would recommend this Taco Bell store!! I had the $5 lux box with chicken chalupa regular crunchy taco and five layer beefy burrito with side of nachos and a drink all for five bucks!!“

“I'm a frequent flyer at this particular Taco Bell in the evenings, and I know that I always roll up with some weird vibes and I'm sure I'm notorious at this point. I've been eating here at least once a week since I started working on this side of town, and Taco Bell is my comfort food. I've been going through a lot since I moved here and I needed a lot of comfort. I still do. These last few weeks have been particularly hard on me and my smile's been a little less than genuine lately. So here I am, at this Taco Bell again, eating dinner alone in my car. I don't know what they did different but everything was better than usual tonight. I just want y'all to know that I appreciate the effort you put into it. Maybe not everyone appreciates what you do, but I do. Thank you for that extra little bit of comfort on my healing journey.“

“It's definitely a Taco Bell. They're usually pretty good with getting our order correct but we've had items missing a couple times. We ordered from here on Monday and they forgot two of our tacos. The food is always prepared well and staff is friendly, not the worst Taco Bell in Tucson for sure.“

“I have the feeling that fast food restaurants here in Tucson must have a high standard of hiring. I've been impressed with not only this Taco Bell but almost every other fast food place I visited since I've moved to Tucson. The restaurant was clean, organized and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I moved from Colorado and you can't say that about most fast food places in that state.“

“Taco Bell is categorized as fast food and it's exactly as they say... No false advertising here. I don't like the fact that the chili cheese burrito is gone "chilito" but can't go wrong with the crunchy taco as long as you don't wait too long to eat it. The last few times that I bought crunchy tacos they have been soggy before I could even get back to the house. I think the quality is disappearing definitely because they've got chicken on the menu now..“

“Great location right on the bus route with plenty of parking and it's just a great place to stop in and have a bite to eat or if you're in a hurry go to drive through. I did both on the same day I forgot something after I left and had to go to drive through and I have great service and great food both times. I've been back several times just because of the customer service I even live further away and choose this Taco Bell location because of the people working there.“

“When My uber eats order wasn’t delivered I was heartbroken calling the manager to try to figure out what to do. Without hesitation, that Manager 9/24 at 3:50 pm said no problem they would remake it and I was able to get my food hot and fresh and in a timely matter. I called back to thank them and the manager related to me and had an amazing attitude. That manager and team deserves recognition for going above and beyond for a loyal Taco Bell customer!! Great job!“

“Being honest, I don't even really eat taco bell. But the service here was excellent.

Guys working in the back, getting the orders out in a decent amount of time handling outside drive thru orders and instore orders.

If I am in this area again, I am willing to go here vs. a taco shop, I may be willing because of the service.

Based on my experience here at this store, they should have more stars.

“I have no idea what people are being so negative for. It's a Taco Bell next to a college bar. This place has all the ambiance in the world and the most motivated staff on planet earth. Remember, you can ALWAYS get a free taco on Tuesday if they are in the mood.
I've never been here earlier than 9pm either. Sure wonder what it's like then. Maybe one day.“
