I gotta say I am really dissapointed in how prices are going up and food quality is either slightly going down or staying the same. I spent nearly 17 bucks just for 3 steak quessadillas and some mild sauce but I know it's not their fault, it's just how the economy goes. I once worked in fast food so I get it, we would hear it all the time and talk to eachother about how we can't do anything about it. It's corporates decision and they gotta make money too right? I love Taco 🌮🌯 Bell 🤤 and as always, loved the food.
My first visit, someone didn't get familiar with what was written on the receipt 🧾 and forgot the Hot Sauce and napkins. I called to complain, and I was surprised by being offered a free Taco 🌮 if I would come back. I did and found them to be happy to give me a new taco, and I went in to get my own sauce and napkins.
