if you get chips, be sure to check the box or bag if theyre in there (trust me after 4 times lol). very mild issue tho honestly. they are very good at custom items, its not hit and miss its always good, the workers are extremely kind, and the place is clean. def one of the better locations in town tho
Honestly, they messed up my order. Extra order of chicken not included. Didn't notice until I got home. However, the customer service made me OK with it. Very polite employees. It's also kind of my fault for going to Taco Bell at midnight.
I hadn't been to Taco Bell for breakfast in a long time and didn't have an opportunity to look at the menu online. I apologized and said as much to the cashier. The drive thru cashier Ariana was impatient and pushy on getting me to order. Then proceeded to forget part of my order in the bag.
The service is great at every other time of day but I would suggest not going there for breakfast if this is how they are.
