Sorry to say - a beautiful venue...but: dined there Saturday night went in without a reservation (for two) and had to sit at the bar... OK I get it. I ordered a dinner special that (based on my reading of the flier) came with a soup course and a modest dessert. I received neither and was told that everything was a-la-carte and priced accordingly. Neither the soup nor the dessert had a price next to it... only the entree so... ummm... My wife ordered lasagna that was just fine....read full review
Several things went wrong. 1st the wine poured tableside missed the glass and had to be wiped up. We suggested a new wine glass and later got one.
2nd, asked for pepper and parmessan cheese for our meals. Never showed up.
3rd, when we made our reservations we indicated we were celebrating two birthdays. While people were celebrating around us and getting gelato (I think) we went home and had dessert as the birthdays were never acknowledged.

I have been to this restaurant twice. This food is absolutely tasteless. The side salad is a joke. it's just a plate full of lettuce with a couple of pieces of tomatoes. It's very dry. No salad dressing. No toppings. The dishes are absolutely flavorless. For the price one would pay to eat here, you would think it would be so much better.
