We did the Sunday brunch. The mimosas and the $1 refills were tasty, and the coffee was good. Lots of food items were lukewarm at best and, honestly, nothing special. The chicken thighs and garlic rice were the highlights, and the bacon was super crispy, which is my preference, so I enjoyed that. Neither one of us got a made-to-order omelet, but I imagine those would have been good since they'd have been fresh - note, the omelets were the only egg item offered. The ambience...
The service was fantastic! Loved the wine and beverage program. The menu was lovely but quite standard. The food was well presented but very salty. It used to be top notch but, we feel it has slipped.
Always a special treat to dine at The Grill! It is probably the most elegant restaurant in all of Tucson. Yet, it is not the least bit pretentious. The views from the dining room are among the best in the city. The staff is always attentive but not obtrusive. Nick was our server last evening, and was "spot on". What more can I say?
