Wendy's in Tucson

“I come almost every week in the drive thru around 8 pm to 10 pm and the lady's in night shift are so awesome, my food is always right, they are super fast actually that's mainly why I go here too because I will leave last minute from my house and running on no food then I come here cuz I know they make my food fast and correct every time and I've been coming for like 3 months and they have friendly attitudes and I really appreciate the night people they are really cool and awesome at their job, I wanna thank you night workers for always being fast and friendly and making my orders correct every time“

“Fries were a little salty. However the idiot ahead of us ordered $20 worth of food, which is ridiculous. The worker had the person move forward and wait, instead of having them wait at the window and hold everyone up like other fast-food locations. This itself is worthy of a great review!“

“The food at this Wendy's was really good and the manager was thee best manager I've dealt with in a long time. I don't know her at all but she was really nice and thanked me for coming in. Just her attitude really stuck out and this time, it was a good thing!“

“AMAZING DESSERTS! St. Mary's Wendy's is right in front of the hospital. It's quiet, clean, and a nice place to grab a bite. My Dad bought me a fusion frosty (Oreo) and it was frothy deliciousness. The girls at the counter were polite and got my order to me within 5 mins or less. I came on a Tuesday night so it wasn't that busy. There’s tons of seating and quite a few parking spots out front.“

“Let us be real and honest. This is fast food. We do not expect a whole lot usually- hot, what we ordered and complete. Today was an exceptional experience. The person at the counter, a taller human with a beard, was so kind and welcoming. The place was very clean both inside and out. The food order was complete and correct- rare occurrence with our family of 4 that are often picky. I don't order at fast food burger joints due to Celiacs much, but chose a salad tonight. I didn't expect much for a quick salad, but the items inside were all crisp and fresh. Blue cheese in salad to-go is usually really wet and almost cottage cheese consistency at times. This salad still had fresh (is blue cheese considered fresh ever?)blue cheese. Overall a pretty perfect experience. Thank you!“

“Wendys on Valencia rd and Midvale was a great place to have dinner. Their menu has plenty to choose from. I got a Dave's double burger combo meal. I also have a coupon from the app, which was useful. I totally recommend this place or any Wendy's. The restaurant was a little packed but it is the holidays.“

“I was just at this location at 6:35pm today. I wanted to say that the person they had on the drive-thru ordering menu was so good that I could swear they were AI. They were so clear on following my order and repeated everything back so perfectly that they themselves actually renewed a confidence (that had been lost) with ordering from Wendy's. They are truly an asset to the company and I will choose that location more just knowing they are there doing such a great job.“

“This review is honestly soooo overdue! I wish I knew everyone's name to shout you all out! And I of course lost the receipt. But Lisa and Cathy are so nice, helpful, and professional..I could go on and on because this isn't just a sometimes thing. The entire crew is just a vibe. They are helpful, always eager to jump in to assist a coworker, without ever being asked or directed to. We have never once had a bad meal. You can tell how well they work together as a team. I would only apply to work at this location if and only if you're freaking awesome with an excellent work ethic! The food is always fresh. And correct. I've never heard even one complaint from any of the guests and this is the only Wendy's we will go to! I've gone to Wendy's all over the US and hands down we will never eat at any other Wendy's because frankly I don't seek disappointment. And last but not least. Everyone should know this location, staff, food, how clean it is...yes even the bathrooms! Not just upper management. Not just corporate. You guys are an awesome well oiled machine. That I know will never be a disappointment. I could never say enough good about this location 😁“
