The store was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and kind, and they responded quickly to everything. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

The Whataburger on Old Vail Rd off Houghton is great! Wait times are minimal, the food is always freshly made and hot, and they don't complain OR charge me when I ask for a few extra Spicy ketchups!

Some places I dread going to, not this Whataburger, never had an issue here!

Like any new restaurant, it was very busy even though I was there during off-peak hours. I always look forward to eating a Whataburger when I'm in TX, but I was a bit disappointed with this one. The service was good, when someone finally came to take my order. I didn't realize I was supposed to self-order at their kiosk. I usually use the drive-thru everywhere me. What was disappointing was the actual food, the patty was not seasoned and the bread didn't taste fresh....
