I had to wait a little while during a Friday night rush, nonetheless it's was still within the timeframe window I was given online after ordering.. but he was so apologetic about my wait. He gave me 2 extra ranches and a brownie even tho I said I'm cool with 1 extra ranch. He said he will "put me in the books" for a free meal another day.. this is the type of service that will gain life long customers..A+ service. I highly recommend. The food is awesome too..“
“I went to wing stop yesterday, and I a grate experience with my love one and had my order fulfilled by a mad scientist who was a wiz by navigating through the menu, good work buddy. There is also no code on the restroom in case of a emergency. Winkwink 🤣🤣🤣“
“Food is good. Always. You get what you pay for. Service is pretty bad tho. Times are WAYYY OFF. website says 10 - 15 minutes wait on a Wednesday night. Come in 20 minutes to be sure then have to wait an extra 40 minutes. This has happened multiple times.“
“Placed an Uber Eats order. Order delivered was completely wrong. Called Uber driver and Uber Eats and they were completely useless. Offered a $5 credit on a $100 order. Called Wingstop to see if it was left behind so I could go pick it up, manager apologized and offered to remake the entire order even though it was the uber drivers fault. Great customer service!“
“All the food we had was made to order. We dined in and the tables were mostly clean. The person that took our order was friendly enough and made sure to mention everything is made at the time we ordered.
The sauces were good that we had, hickory bbq, spicy Korean and original hot. I feel the spicy Korean could had been coated more but overall the meal was tasty. Fries are fresh and are slightly sweet.
14 wings, two decent trays of fries and two 20oz drinks (with drink station accessible) were just under 30 dollars with tax.
Music was good and felt appropriate for listening, tvs had sports like I would expect.
