Located inside the casino’s food court. We tried the birria ramen and it was really good! The meat was flavorful and well-seasoned. The soup was a bit on the salty side. The meat especially stood out as tender and delicious.

What a pleasant and surprising find at Taqueria Villa today. Located inside the new Desert Diamond Casino's food court off Northern Ave and Loop 303. Service was friendly and since there was no line we were helped right away. I opted for the chicken tinga tostadas. They came with two which was the perfect amount, I was so full. Taqueria Villa is located inside the Desert Diamond Casino's food court, offering a variety of Mexican dishes. Customers have enjoyed meals like the birria ramen, which features well-seasoned, tender meat, although some found the soup a bit salty. The California burrito received mixed reviews; while the meat was praised, cold shredded cheese affected the overall temperature. The chicken tinga tostadas were a hit, providing a satisfying portion with great flavor. The bowls with chicken and carne asada were described as basic but tasty, complemented by good red and green salsa with a bit of spice. The service has been friendly, and the prices range from $11 to $13. While the atmosphere is likened to a mall due to its food court setting, the cleanliness and friendly staff contribute positively to the experience.
