Friendliest, most upbeat, bubbly drive thru order taker EVER!But the one who actually handed us the food, not so much.The food was hot and made to order except we were given medium drinks instead of large like we had ordered, and paid for. The good news is that the food is still BK standard, which I like. But the customer experience has really gone downhill here. Order clerk always asks "here or to go," but your order is handed to you in a go-bag regardless. Asked for the (widely promoted on their windows) cheese nuggets, got told "none today, come tomorrow." I could find only one table clean enough to sit and eat at, the rest were full of crumbs. Trash littered the unswept floor. Trash bins all full to the top....read full review
We live in Wickenburg so this BK is a normal stop about once a week. We have been pleased with the food & service & they do except coupons. Tables, floors & restrooms are clean also.
