Always come here for holidays, Christmas Eve and Thanksgiving etc. Thanksgiving was especially special with their buffet. Wished they would offer some type of buffet more often, or something else that's different from many other restaurants menu wise, perhaps an ethnic dish like from Spain or Indian or German food that just is not offered anywhere else around town but also is non experimental and basic still, just not seafood. Our favorite dinner place appeared to be short staffed and as an alternative, we decided to try The Hitching Post that runs a Prime Rib special on Saturdays. They had live music going that was excellent and Bonnie, our server, was attentive and friendly. The drinks menu might have some of the lowest prices in AZ with a glass of wine starting only at $5 and good tasting too! Food was good, server was good, live music was good. Now the bad. The flies were out in force. The restaurant could have purchased air curtains to keep them out, or blue zappers for outside, or something. The flies are out of control!
