online ordering activated even when they dont have delivery drivers so you don't know your order isn't coming until you call them. better yet, tonight's order was going to take more than 2 hours and there was no way to get through to them on the phone to cancel. it's fine if you're too busy but taking the money online with no way to cancel or even know your order will arrive at all sucks. very poor customer service.
never have delivery, always short staffed. we need a better pizza place, pizza hut sucks
They did not give us what we ordered....when called to complain about it, the employee hung up on us!!!
