“Dairy Queen? I'd call that place Beauty Queen. Every time I went there I thought I was working with Ms America contestants. Much to my surprise, most of these supermodels were good at their job and for the most part polite. I just thought it was unusual. Perhaps owned by a beauty pageant business or something like that.“

“My husband and I just stopped here on our way home from Williams and I want to say thank you to the only lady in the front for such great customer service and how amazing you did with only yourself and your people in the back cooking. “I was passing through Williams on my way to Flagstaff. So I decided to stop at Taco Bell. I ordered a chicken quesadilla meal. It was nice and hot. This Taco bell was impressively clean. I noticed a employee working very hard, she wiped down the tables very meticulously, and not only that she went on to start cleaning windows. It was very pleasing to know that the place I was eating at was so clean. I asked what her name was and she said Monica. Thank you Taco Bell/KFC for hiring such a dedicated employee 👍“

“This store is located just south of the off-ramp of I40 in Williams, Arizona. We stopped in for a late lunch after visiting Grand Canyon National Park. This store is your standard McDonald’s restaurant you might find anywhere in the country. The one thing we do not like is that most of the McDonald’s stores have gone to the kiosk machines to order your food, but if you ask, a person will take your order at the counter. The store offers dining areas both inside and outside the store as well as the standard drive-through. Our food was delivered in a timely manner, was hot and appeared to be freshly made, which makes all the difference in the world. It was not your typical dried out hamburger patty, that had been cooked 10 minutes or more earlier and just sitting around until it is served to someone in the drive-through. There was really no interaction with any staff members, so we have no comments in reference to that aspect of the store. Finally, the restrooms are clean and there is plenty of parking around this store.“

“I'm a local who both eats here regularly and has worked at this establishment. The work can be very difficult but the food is consistent employees are able to make it happen. My most recent trip involved an employee named kalab who was absolutely amazing in in terms of service. Asked many good questions and show genuine interest in making for my food was good. Very much appreciate caring employees like that.“

“Francie greeted us as we walked in and she is a joy!! Correct order of delicious food was delivered quickly. They were out of many items but still had everything we wanted. The rush was on but staff was organized and efficient.
