“I used drive-thru, reasonable prices, somewhat long wait. Only 1 car in front of me and I waited more than 10 min total.I ordered 2 combos with waffle fries and asked for ketchup and ranch. Was charged extra for ranch/house dressing. Seems to me not great customer service 😕 because additional costs should be for additional toppings. I got 4 packets of ketchup for 2 large burgers and paid around 53 cents for 2 house dressings meant for waffle fries. Waited another 2 min for additional charge.Food was delicious and cooked right.Overall,I will return but might consider dining inside instead.“
“I placed an order for a breakfast burger and coffee and was running behind for work so I needed my order to be ready and it was. I wasnt sure because I went to another carls jr and well placed an order and place was closed still. Thankfully this one is still open and had my food ready. So will be checking in more often.“
“As good quality food as you can expect from fast food, no unreasonably long wait times, and they've yet to forget or leave out any part of an order. Staff have all been kind as far as I've seen.
