Las Palapas Taco Grill (Foothills) is an amazing Mexican restaurant. The food is great, with some of the best carne asada frys and a delicious carne asada burrito featuring tender carne asada and great salsa. The shrimp ceviche is some of the best ever, and the bean and cheese quesadilla has a very unique taste, just as remembered. Everything is made in house and fresh. The torta is also recommended. The service is always great, with employees like Ariana, Chelsea, Chris, Jose, and Angel providing amazing customer service. They are helpful, dedicated, attentive, professional, and always bag food neatly. The appearance of the restaurant isn’t as great as it could be, possibly due to remodeling, but the food and service are a 10 out of 10.
