“I placed an order on the machines they have. It was a drink (medium) and they didn't give it to me, I had to ask the lady serving. Seeing that my order was active, he grabbed a large glass (I thought because of the delay he was going to give me a larger one) and once he handed it to me he saw the order and got upset and told me why didn't I tell him it was a medium size . She gave it to me very upset and I didn't know what to say.“
