Papa John's in Yuma

“Customer service was amazing! I call-in a large order and let’s just say Felipe was amazing! He helped and ensured he could help with my last minute order of over 60 pizzas and 180 wings! He made sure that it was all made fresh and accurate. Pepperoni stuffed crust pizza is delicious and tasteful, and then add in bone-in wings. I will definite be coming back again in future as this location has amazing customer service. Plenty of parking in great location of shopping center. Once again thank you Felipe for assisting the Yuma Fire Crew with our order“

“The staff here have great customer service for everyone! Computer issues resulted in them having to refund my order and recharge it! Didn't show refund on my end so I said I would call in the morning to check with Management. Employees filled Manager in and she had double checked the receipts and made sure that the stores closing balance only showed 1 charge before I even called this morning! Great communication saved me time!“
