“Got the Hook and Ladder without mustard. It was DELICIOUS! I've eaten at Firehouse before but this one was the best! We were passing through Yuma and it was out of the way but I had a coupon so we went. How happy we are that we did! In fact, we're planning to go back the next time we're in Yuma.“

“The staff at the Yuma foothills location are very rude everytime I come in to order. They complain about making sandwiches and tell customers the sandwiches that are ordered are not available. They also shut down the store at least 20 minutes before closing. They have attitudes when customers come in to order before their closing time of 9 pm. I was told after he huffed at me, "Im trying to get out of here its Saturday". This was 20 minutes before they closed. He proceeded to call me names and be rude while making my 3 sandwiches.I have contacted the manager before regarding the rudeness of the staff to no avail. I would not recommend this location.“

I haven’t had time to figure out what restaurants have safe food options for me, however the team here at Jersey Mikes really did a great job of providing a safe and delicious sandwich. Their efforts to clean the machines and sterilize the environment made it possible for me to have a warm solid meal. I am very grateful!
