Starbucks in Yuma

“What more can I say that has not been echoed in the reviews? The staff here was on point, the ladies who greeted and attended me were genuine and kind. As someone who enjoys highlighting great customer service, please stop by and get your “Starbies” (is that still a thing?) on and possibly leave with a smile on your face and a drink that is NOT watered down 👍🏽😁“

“This Starbucks is actually inside a Fryers supermarket, but it has tons of tables, each table with dedicated power outlet, they have open public wifi, and a TV on. It is very clean with windows facing outside. I recommend both this Starbucks and Fryers supermarket.“

“The baristas are especially friendly and courteous. They should help train most of the baristas at other locations in Yuma, especially the one on the big curb. Besides that the drinks are always made properly. I get exactly what I order, the drinks are always perfect. Starbucks should take notice and Albertsons should be very happy they have great baristas. I’m definitely making this my favorite Starbucks.“

“Target+Starbucks=Happiness! Love to stop by after doing some shopping. The staff here is very friendly! They’re usually busy but they’re very quick still. They make my Iced Caramel Macciato perfectly everytime! 👍🏼 I would only say it’s pretty small, only like 3 tables and someone is always already using them but still a nice way to treat yourself after doing groceries. Would recommend!“

“Great service with very friendly staff. The location is at a nice place, but since it is inside of Campus can be extremely full depending on the time you want a drink. Mostly between normal class schedule so during those times expect people but other than that everything else is great.“

“My daughter ordered me the incorrect drink from the Starbucks app and upon arrival to picking up my drink I realized it was the incorrect drink with my name on it. The barista, Jasmine, must have noticed the dismay on my face as she asked me if the drink was okay. I informed her that my daughter ordered me the incorrect drink and I was bummed out because I was looking forward to my morning Starbucks. She asked me what drink I would rather have and proceeded to make it for me. This was despite it being a busy weekday morning. Excellent customer service! I usually go to the Starbucks on Ave. B, but I will now be a loyal customer here! Thank you Jasmine for making my day :)“

“?NOT A 5 STAR REVIEW?: just trying to get this to the top. store says OPEN on google. I pull up to the drive-thru and there are cones closing it off, i park my car and walk to the door and grab handle and a man from the other side pushes the door almost hitting me to yell and say can’t you read the signs!?! i’m looking seriously everywhere for a sign and he just laughs at us. I say okay and walk away. Not sure if it was a Starbucks employee or a Smiths Electric Company employee but either way both are unacceptable and will no longer use this starbucks ?“

“They were the nicest people ever, and there was like 18 of us and they all tended to all of us equally and my friend she had ordered a caramel ribbon crunch, and it looked off to one of the baristas when she was drinking it so she had corrected it and came outside brought her a whole new venti drink, even though she was halfway finished with the first one, my new favorite Starbucks location. I do recommending ordering beforehand on the app as well! The barista is Sarah love the morning staff overall!“

“Like most Starbucks, you'll have to wait depending on the time of day. This location is the first location you come across while heading on the 8 going west into Yuma.Oh my...these works are truely fast.With locals residents, snowbirds and truckers, it's very busy most of the time.Our orders were perfect and the staff were super nice.Drive thru might be a minute or 2 faster but it really depends.“
