Starbucks in Yuma

“The baristas are especially friendly and courteous. They should help train most of the baristas at other locations in Yuma, especially the one on the big curb. Besides that the drinks are always made properly. I get exactly what I order, the drinks are always perfect. Starbucks should take notice and Albertsons should be very happy they have great baristas. I’m definitely making this my favorite Starbucks.“

“Awesome location, great staff and the order is always great. I stop here every time I drive from San Diego to Phoenix which is often, the cafe and bathrooms are always clean and stocked too which I appreciate as a traveler. They do get busy tho so I’d recommend a mobile order ahead of time if you’re in a hurry“

“Great service with very friendly staff. The location is at a nice place, but since it is inside of Campus can be extremely full depending on the time you want a drink. Mostly between normal class schedule so during those times expect people but other than that everything else is great.“

“Had the most amazing experience this morning at the Starbucks inside the fry’s the ladies that were there were complete lifesavers. Literally had the worst morning and dropped all my drinks and the food I ordered had gotten soaked from the drinks and fell all into my passenger seat. I called and Veronica and Julianna redid my order for me!! I hope they see this and know I am so utterly grateful!! Thank you both so much!“

“Target+Starbucks=Happiness! Love to stop by after doing some shopping. The staff here is very friendly! They’re usually busy but they’re very quick still. They make my Iced Caramel Macciato perfectly everytime! 👍🏼 I would only say it’s pretty small, only like 3 tables and someone is always already using them but still a nice way to treat yourself after doing groceries. Would recommend!“

“Now thissssss is an iced shaken espresso the way it should be made!! First time ever at this location, and the girl making my drink was super sweet. Great customer service. In the last 2 days, i've had to go back to the Starbucks where i live and have them remake drinks, & stillll i had to throw them out & re-buy at another location. Ya'll need to send the employees at this Yuma location over to Phoenix to train the employees at a lot of your locations. WITH bonus pay. I can give you a list lol. My iced shaken espresso this morning (Yuma loc.), had the 4 inch thick ring of espresso at the bottom, layering was spot on, it was foamy at the top, the way it should be. Not like that sickeningly sweet 2lbs of syrupy latte looking thing they try to pass off as the shaken espresso out at some Phoenix locations. As you can see, i barely made it a mile & this drink is gone, yum! My mood is definitely determined by my coffee in the morning, & this was a good one! ☕️👌🏾😋“

“?NOT A 5 STAR REVIEW?: just trying to get this to the top. store says OPEN on google. I pull up to the drive-thru and there are cones closing it off, i park my car and walk to the door and grab handle and a man from the other side pushes the door almost hitting me to yell and say can’t you read the signs!?! i’m looking seriously everywhere for a sign and he just laughs at us. I say okay and walk away. Not sure if it was a Starbucks employee or a Smiths Electric Company employee but either way both are unacceptable and will no longer use this starbucks ?“

“The Starbucks is good. I’m a fan of Starbucks in general and their product is consistent with the other stores which I like. There’s nothing wrong with anything here except for the fact that everybody in Yuma goes there all day long. I have never seen a line wrapped around the building consistently all day. That’s the only part that sucks. I would suggest that you walk in rather than wait for 45 minutes in the drive-through.“

The staff member was incredibly kind, calm, and helpful—she immediately checked on my mom, gave her water, and even offered her a drink. It truly meant a lot to us during a stressful moment.
