Subway in Yuma

“As with all subway everything was delicious and consistent you can go to any of them and get the same thing exactly right, I must say the young lady who helped me was so nice just talking with her made my day being from out of town that was great“

“Heidi, who works at this Subway, made my sandwich this morning, 😋. She did a Most Outstanding job, so I asked if I could give her a tip. She said they are NOT allowed to accept tips. The manager at this Subway should change that rule here. This is the 1st Subway that won't allow tips for the employees, that I have come across. My husband & I drive truck, from East coast to West coast, so we have been to many Subways in between. In the Food world, when a customer wants to show Appreciation to the Server/Chef or Sandwich Artisan,, you can leave them a tip, usually. It would be a Lovely gesture if the manager here at the Yuma, Loves Subway would Start allowing tips for their Sandwich Artisans, please.“

“The customer service here was top-tier. We were treated with so much kindness and support. We definitely appreciate and will be back very soon. Both ladies that work were extremely polite and helped us through the whole process. We ordered mini sandwiches and they were happy to help us thank you very much if I can get more than five stars I would.“

“It's overall half and half experience. One half you'll get tightly packed and very neat and well thought of sandwiches and the other half a sloppy mess. It usually is good when the girls are making the sandwiches but overall good place with friendly service.“

“Was craving Subway, glad I stopped in for lunch. The line was very long but the employee ,Nasim was handling the line and keeping the line going in a timley manner. I was unsure of what I wanted but he helped me pick out my sandwich while being professional and polite. He makes a great sandwich . Thanks!“

“Store is spotless and pristine every time I come here. Cassy is who helped me, she was so personable and sweet. She is amazing and as someone who used to do the hiring for another company, she would be someone I would hire in a heartbeat. Both times I have been to this location I was helped by awesome employees. I don't know the name of the guy that served me the last time I went in, but he was amazing too. This is going to be the Subway I go to anytime I want Subway.“

“I meet with friends this lovely place quite often! This is the best place to to have a good dinner. I go to this spot regularly. The meals are great, the crew is professional and the prices are fair. I enjoy eating in this place to have a nice supper.“
