The portion of 1 ceviche tostada is big for the $12 price tag. The tostada shells they use are DELICIOUS. I recommend shrimp ceviche in black sauce. It's a tiny bit spicy but amazing. The inside of the restaurant reminds me of the north sea and the customer service was
Both locations are great, customer service is a 10. The ceviche sinoalense is my favorite. 8th street location has this salsa casera (dark plum color) that goes perfect on the shrimp tacos! Overall ambiance for new location is fun and the owners are so nice.

10/10 First time eating here we tried different items from the menu not only was everything we tried delicious but the food presentation was amazing. I recommend the aguachiles and shrimp tacos. Owners were attentive and very polite. Really recommend you trying Costa Baja will definitely be going back.
