“Honestly, I don't believe that we have ever come here, but your main cashier, Xavier, is a top tier example of implementing great customer service. He was talking calls, answering our questions, helping guests and fellow coworkers, as well as taking our order all at the same time. IT WAS IMPRESSIVE! He absolutely deserves some recognition for his immaculate ability to tackle so many tasks at once, and also for taking our order accurately with lots of knowledge about the menu! We didn't know what we wanted and he easily helped us tackle a rough day with a smile and suggestions, as well as letting us sample sauces. Such a phenomenal experience!“
“We visited Wingstop for the first time, and honestly, we didn’t really know the menu when we arrived. I mentioned a few things that sounded good to me — like cheese on the fries and the corn — but since we weren’t familiar with the restaurant, we decided not to order them because we weren’t sure if we would like them.
Michael helped us, and he was incredibly patient with us from the start. His customer service was excellent and very attentive.
When our food arrived, I asked my husband, “Oh, did you order the corn and the cheese for the fries?” He said no — and then Michael told us, “That was me. Since you said it was your first time here, I wanted you to have a sample so you could try them.”
That gesture truly made our experience special. Michael knows exactly how to treat customers — very respectful, kind, and thoughtful. The food was delicious, but the customer service was absolutely on point. We will definitely be coming back!
