“I ordered my meal on the app for the first time. When I set it up, I thought the order went through, but later, I saw it didn't. So I reordered it but made a couple of mistakes. I forgot to add the cheese again, plus no mayo, onions, or pickles, and add mustard. Then it wasn't busy as only one customer in store. So when I got my food, I noticed they already had the fries in the tray, and I was waiting 15 minutes for my burger, which it shouldn't have been that long. So yes, the fries were cold when I got them. Maybe next time I go, I will go when busy or be like a lady that came in shortly after I got my food and order fries with no salt. They then had to make fries, and they were hot that time.“
“Service is quite slow, everyone had to wait a long time to receive the order. Drive through orders had to wait in the parking area and had to finally come in to pick the order as no one brought the order outside.Food quality is standard, Long wait for the order so the food just does not reach you as hot as sometimes desired. Maybe they were swamped with orders at the time when I was there.“
