It’s McDonald’s, everyone. The people working the window, counter and kitchen don’t make enough money to deserve the venting on these reviews.

They just got my kids’ orders wrong again which happens well over 50% of the time, (especially recently and not just this location) but I don’t sweat it. I leave enough time to be able to go back and get the order fixed and I usually end up with free food for myself.

I just had a young woman take my order perfectly, ask the right questions, very smoothly use the register, and even use her headset to give the kitchen a heads up about the special order and it still came out wrong. But, again, these are, most often, young people learning a variety of skills. They’re going to mess up a lot. I can’t recall a time that things didn’t go right with an order on purpose.

As a specific suggestion, I think it would make sense for McDonald’s corporation to build in a system fix in the form of a button that says “Plain Patty (no seasoning)” and save themselves buying my dinner a few dozen times every year.“

“Dayo IS THE BEST EVER.they forgot my grandmas burger and I asked about it and she had the nicest sorry and getting 10 gift cards for Christmas presents She had a smile and laughing while she couldn’t figure out, love Dayo now.

“Beat mcdicks in Abby especially since it's teh one of the few left with a play place although it's much smaller then what it used to be AND the icecream machine here is RARELY been broken for that late nice mcflurry A+... Clearbrooke one sucks ass never go there just drive the 4 mins farther and go here

Kid-friendliness: The best for kids in my opinion“

“We had the best experience here when celebrating my daughters birthday with some friends. Josh saw seven 11 year olds coming and he handled them with grace, humour and kindness. He went above and beyond to make our evening and dining experience special. Thank you so much Josh! The kids talked the whole way home about what an amazing time we had in your restaurant and your time spent with them was the highlight of our day!“

“Although there was very little onion and I do like onions there were clearly two slices of cheddar ketchup and two pickles the beef on the other hand wasn't that great but it could have been worse. The french fries retained their crisp ness although they did lack salt. The drink was cold and refreshing despite not having any ice. All in all it's not a bad meal thank you McDonald's for making things right“

“Attention ceo/manager of clearbrook McDonald's I would like to send the highest commendation to the most amazing professional ever named Arshdeep-she is such a great professional as we had a really bad experience for missing out on the Grinch socks, that someone had forgotten to put in the order.. there was also another day where we were told that they didn't even have the socks in at that time.
Today, i discussed this with Arshdeep and she apologized for what had happened with this bad experience.. she had taken this negative experience and really cared about us as customers.. she made sure that the socks were included today for our order - we absolutely appreciate this great professional and we trust that McDonald's will give her the highest commendation for going above and beyond and representing McDonald's 110%!!
