“Fast, friendly staff and food tastes great!“

“Today our order got completely messed up by DoorDash, but the service representative working tonight really stepped up and turned the situation around.

Instead of brushing it off, she took ownership of the issue right away, handled everything professionally, and made sure we were taken care of. Her attitude, problem-solving, and willingness to go the extra mile made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. She was outstanding, fast, and clearly doing everything she could.

That said, it also looked like this shift needed more support. She did an amazing job, but it was obvious there should have been at least one more person working with her. Great employees deserve the backup they need.

Great customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed huge thanks to her for making things right.“

“I didn’t even know this place existed and tonight I lucked out big time when I took the risk for delivery. DELICIOUS :) Seriously, next level good.“

“Thanks Nily - you truly made my night 🙏

I ordered 2 classic burritos ordered for delivery, I called in and spoke with Nily over the phone to clarify some order notes right after I placed the order online. Nily has exceptional customer service skills over the phone, very kind, thoughtful, and attentive. These burritos were made with soooo much care and attention to detail. Ingredients were fresh and the portion was perfect. Nily went above and beyond.“

Every time I come in, she’s with a big smile on her face and no matter how busy it gets she makes my food delicious. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job and making customers happy. “Always been a huge fan of Quesada, but this time my experience was elevated to another level with the level of service provided by Navi.

One should feel lucky to have an employee like him, he took his time in explaining everything i needed, and i ended up getting the most tastiest and filling big burrito!!!!“
