It’s McDonald’s, everyone. The people working the window, counter and kitchen don’t make enough money to deserve the venting on these reviews.

They just got my kids’ orders wrong again which happens well over 50% of the time, (especially recently and not just this location) but I don’t sweat it. I leave enough time to be able to go back and get the order fixed and I usually end up with free food for myself.

I just had a young woman take my order perfectly, ask the right questions, very smoothly use the register, and even use her headset to give the kitchen a heads up about the special order and it still came out wrong. But, again, these are, most often, young people learning a variety of skills. They’re going to mess up a lot. I can’t recall a time that things didn’t go right with an order on purpose.

As a specific suggestion, I think it would make sense for McDonald’s corporation to build in a system fix in the form of a button that says “Plain Patty (no seasoning)” and save themselves buying my dinner a few dozen times every year.”

“Usually this tim hortons is really great, and there convient for being open 24 hours however the one time i cannot drive to go there im wanting an iced cap they turn there delivery off..? Like if your open 24 hours pretty sure your not supposed to turn delivery off as i work in a similar industry and your not supoosed to turn your delivery off to make sure you dont lose guest counts and sales.. pretty. Obvious this is how you lose it lol. Anyway so i call to ask whats going on and they said ya we turn off our delivery at 9 pm and mobile. I think whiever owns this place should probably follow up on their employees turning off a point of sales system , but thats just me. Anyways yall ruined my night and super disappointed cause i really Preached to everyone how much this tim hortons was great until now . Now yall are just mediocre imo . But great way once again to lose loyal customers ”

“Visited this place to finish off a castle fun park visit on a rainy day and this place hit the spot.

We were the only ones in at the time we arrived so naturally service was pretty prompt.

They had freshly made spring rolls which we ordered, they were great.

We each had pho of different kinds and they were absolutely humongous.
I'm not one to waste food but I just couldn't fit all that broth.

Prepare for food coma.

It wasn't anything special or insanely delicious, but it was good and it hit the spot.
The broth was pretty basic and so were the meatballs.

Overall decent experience for the price.

The atmosphere was alright. There was such a mixture of themes going on that it felt confusing at times.

We're having pho, are getting tea served in "live, laugh, love" lake themed mugs vs the whole time we were there they were playing a video of a guy riding a motorcycle.

“The new establishment, it's so bright and clean. I had to try a slice of pizza because I won't order pizza unless I know it's good , and I've been wondering what it's like . The toppings were so fresh and a good amount of vegetables, but I do think they need to put a little more sauce on it, as I couldn't taste much of it . I don't know about all of you.But the crust means a lot to me on a pizza , The crust here is amazing , fresh, and crispy , not too much ... just the right amount . If you haven't tried it yet .... go try it for yourself 😃

When I’m really hungry, the Dyna Roll Combo is perfect for a filling meal. The chicken yakisoba tastes even better with just a drizzle of sriracha, making it less heavy and easy to enjoy until the last bite. I also like to start with shrimp tempura to whet my appetite before the main dishes. If someone else is driving, I definitely go for a beer—or better yet, pair some Korean soju with spicy salmon sashimi, which is an amazing match. Foodwise:
The chocolate chip cookies used to be better (fluffier/thicker) when they first opened but they must’ve changed their recipe as they're too thin nowadays. My fiancé misses the original muffins as well, they’re more like cakes now which can be a bit too rich in the mornings.”

“As a frequent subway gal , this is my favorite stop in Abbotsford. Always the kindest employees, clean tables, floors, bathrooms, well stocked with cookies, fresh bread, chip selection, and drink selections.
When I was in yesterday, I noticed the drink fountain was out of order but definitely not the end of the world as the cooler was well stocked with lots of options.
Both ladies behind the counter yesterday were great!! They were friendly, humorous, and held a conversation very well.
I've never had a negative experience at this subway, even at their busiest they absolutely motor thru customers, leaving everyone satisfied.

Vegetarian options: Veggie pattie or opt out of protein/pattie and just do veggies

Dietary restrictions: Have always been insanely respectful of the dairy allergy in my order. They change their gloves and wipe the counter without having to be asked.

Parking: Parking can be a little tight at times due to the nature of location. Very congested area but well worth the small walk across the street or even better, park and enter at the rear of the building. Lots of options, just not necessarily at the front door.

Kid-friendliness: Always! In my personal experience with kiddos, they've always been interactive and happy to see the kiddos.”

We went on a Wednesday which is their Wings night and arrived for dinner time. Signs say seat yourself anywhere and we found a spot further back in the restaurant and were greeted within a few minutes.

Drinks and refreshments arrived within a few minutes of ordering them and beer was ice cold. Selection of beer was good and plenty of flavours to choose from for wings. We enjoyed the ancho chipotle and lemon pepper versions especially. Other old favs: honey garlic, teriyaki, bbq, hot, salt and pepper were good too.

This sports bar themed restaurant is open for minors as well. Plentiful hourly parking available in parkade below restaurant - you don’t need to cram with everyone else in the surface parking area which is 15mins only.

When we visited, the upstairs level and associated patio wasn’t available (Mid June).”

You get given these paper menus and you tick off what you’d like then they bring you these little portions of it so you can try lots of different things or get multiple helpings of the same things if you want. The only problem we ran into was some of the items got forgotten or brought to the wrong table, the booth next to us ordered food and it ended up at our table by mistake. The servers are all very nice and polite and friendly, they just make some errors along the way but overall I would definitely go back and highly recommend!”
