“The burger shack has something for everyone! We have nothing but nice things to say about the food and the variety of things on the menu! My son and I had the butter chicken w/ rice. I cannot say enough how much I LOVED their butter chicken! By far the best I have had! After our long drive from Alberta it hit the spot! We loved the atmosphere and the staff were so friendly! “It was refreshing to it out , at this branch. It was clean, well organized. The breakfast club, tasted the same with the signature sauce. Other places, do offer tea services, perhaps it is something you could explore. Langley bypass, branch offers tea and coffee.“

“Its a very nice quality White Spot, and the layout + vibe is great and has lots of various seating options.
The food is exactly what you should expect from typical WS menu and this location has excellent burgers and fries, soups etc.
Overall service is good but-!! check your bill carefully. I got charged extra for asking to bring tiny side of mayo instead of some other dressing that I can't have. When I pointed out to my Server, she started to argue with me instead of just quickly apologise and take it off the bill. She did not realise that I am in same profession (I'm also a restaurant Server) So i had to explain to her that in cases like this you don't overcharge. She finally complied when i offered to call the Supervisor.
My advice to the Servers at this location. Please keep in mind that amount of your tip directly depends on quality of your service and honesty with every customer.

“On our travels through Chilliwack, I discovered that I had left my purse behind, at Five Guys. I was 3 hours away by this time and went into a blind panic. I called them, crossing fingers it was there! They stated that it was, and they kept it safe overnight until I could have someone pick it up the next morning. The purse was retrieved, all contents (including cash), untouched. A MAJOR THANK YOU for the honesty, integrity and graciousness of this store’s staff. All the stars and all the love, I appreciate you. 🩵🩵“

“our go to place while staying in the Harrison Hot Springs. Despite them being short staffed, the service and food are excellent. I would recommend you eat here.“

“I did till tonight, myself and my grandchild and her man and my great-grandchild. went there for dinner I ordered silly Billy, my grandchild ordered barbecue ribs and halibut dinner for the great-grandchild... her man ordered a steak sandwich medium rare. it came out overcooked. we sent it back which wasn't a problem but it never came back out of the kitchen till everybody was finished eating and then still had to wait another 10-15 minutes. the waitress said I can't do anything, hands in the air, it's the cook, which was whatever. When she did bring it she said it was comped on the bill and he should be happy, at least he doesn't have to pay for it. Regardless of the fact he had to watch every one else eat, then waiting 10 to 15 after every one else finished. And the idea he may feel rushed to eat because of a child prancing to go... I think it was the flippant attitude and taking no responsibility or concern... I don't know. I am old and maybe I'm old-fashioned and expect too much these days.“

“The restaurant was very clean. The server was very friendly, prompted, and had good food. The only drawback is that you have to enter the restaurant through the Esso gas station, which seems to always have doors locked, so you must be buzzed in to enter the restaurant before 7 am.“
