“I moved here in 2021 and was flabergasted over the minimal choices of places to eat in chilliwack especially one that is open later, I was excited about burger shack being close to my home but I do wish the hours were until 11 every day because I love the food and sometimes I don’t make it back from Pitt-Meadows in time.

I have been eating burger shack consistently through skip/ and take out. When I first tried the business I had some very questionable raw food and a couple rude staff members that I think do not work there anymore thank god but since the new updates in both staff and the restaraunt as a whole I’m very happy with the outcome and look forward to the changes I see and enjoy eating the food more often. I didn’t want to give up because of a few bad experiences.

I ordered off skip and got the bacon cheeseburger with shack sauce on the side and curly fries. I have to be honest the curly fries remind me of the curly fries from McCaine in the grocery store lol. Straight fries are better from here in my opinion. The shack sauce is to die for I think it’s literally crack sauce.“

“Went through drive through this evening and had one of the best customer service experience at any restaurant. It’s very rare that drive through attendants ask, “ how could I put a smile on your face today”. It just made my day. Kudos to you and you did put a smile on my face 😊“

“On our travels through Chilliwack, I discovered that I had left my purse behind, at Five Guys. I was 3 hours away by this time and went into a blind panic. I called them, crossing fingers it was there! They stated that it was, and they kept it safe overnight until I could have someone pick it up the next morning. The purse was retrieved, all contents (including cash), untouched. A MAJOR THANK YOU for the honesty, integrity and graciousness of this store’s staff. “We went for valentines dinnner. Unfortunately it’s was not good. Food was cold, the prime rib was so raw and cold. They only gave us a certain percent off mine not my hubby’s. The bill was still a big one. And we went home and made food. Normally we enjoy the food.“

“Classic truck stop greasy spoon diner. No fuss and the waitress was really nice. She came back to refill our drinks without us asking and waited until we finished praying to assist us.The food was 10/10 I had a hamburger poutine which was an unexpected treat! The gravy was hot enough to melt the cheese curds but not so hot that it would burn my tongue. The other person had a mushroom, ham, cheese omelette with hash and toast. They did not skim on the ingredients and loaded the omelette up!The only thing is that it's a truck stop so it's not the nicest place. It was a little dark but it's clean!“
