“We went for valentines dinnner. Unfortunately it’s was not good. Food was cold, the prime rib was so raw and cold. They only gave us a certain percent off mine not my hubby’s. The bill was still a big one. And we went home and made food. Normally we enjoy the food.“

“Te wait staff were really friendly and helpful. They seem to have revamped their menue with a few great options. They unfortunately do not have the daily specials anymore but they still have roast on Sundays. The food seemed to take a while to come out but it's always been that way. There was a band playing and as always they were loud enough to play Roger's arena but the casino is maybe a quarter the size. I will be back.
Parking: There is a large free parking lot with plenty of handicapped spots.
Kid-friendliness: As this is part of the casino kids arnt normally in the restaurant. I don't know if they are allowed in.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have automatic front doors and many handicap3d parking stalls.“

“I had an amazing evening at the Copper room. They had a wonderful band and ballroom dancers kept us entertained. The food was amazing; I had a Caprese salad, salmon fillet and a delicious blueberry cheesecake from the Chef’s menu. The service was quick and professional. A great restaurant for an elegant, classy dinner out.“

“Browns is one of my favourite spots to go. The service is usually nice however I wish that they did come to the table a little bit more often. Atmosphere is great but it can get a bit loud when it is busy. I love their french dip and I recommend that you try it out. Making a reservation is really easy, but they do also have room for walk ins.“

“Service and food at this location is always consistent. My friend and I had a great server the other day (Jet I think). Madison is also always fantastic whenever my family and I are served by her.
As someone who worked in restaurants for years I always appreciate great service and this location is lucky to have these two on staff!“

“Great menu with lots of selection and attentive service. I had the prawn linguine and the portion was large enough to share with my 10-year old. My oldest enjoyed the mussels and clams. My husband had steak and raved about the demi glaze. A memorable meal.“

“We celebrated a 60th birthday today with 5 people. Our dinners were amazing however our friend's fish dinner was not. Basically soggy and oily with the parchment paper sticking to the fish. We advised our server, Madi. she did replace the dinner, stating thats the way its served. She was not only rude but informed us that we continually complain about our food, this is not true!!! How humiliating. Madi told us not to come back!!! I had never seen these staff before, have never talked to the manager either. We do frequent Mr Mike's often, if we didnt like the food, we would not come back!!! . Our dinner was perfect, it was a friend's that was not impressed. How disgusting and pathetic customer service! Thanks Madi, you sure know how to humiliate your customers, and wreck our birthday dinner! Will be contacting head office. thanks for a crappy happy birthday experience. 🎂“

“Our server was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. She offered great recommendations and checked in at just the right moments. The food came out in a timely manner, and the staff seemed to work well together, which added to the overall positive experience.“

“We stayed at the resort & had HH the first day, which was excellent. The 2nd day, we came back from the pool with our robes on & stopped in to catch the last 15 mins of HH. We were immediately humiliated & turned away, because we had our robes on, completely covered. Consequently, we didn't bother coming back down due to the way it was handled & went to another place. I can respect being required to have real clothes on, but to be yelled at in front of other patrons, wasn't cool considering the resort allowed people walking around in robes. Maybe put up a sign before humiliating hotel guests.“

“Always a great ambience in this gem of a restaurant! Ines and her team are super fun, friendly and the service ice great! The decor is charming and live music is always entertaining! We love to take a friends there when they are in town…..make sure you make a reservation as it gets busy!“
