“I love Earls. The service is always great and the food quality is always good at Earls, but unfortunately on this occassion my filet mignon steak was undercooked. I ordered medium rare, received rare. When you're charging almost $60 for a steak, i'm not going to settle for less than what I've ordered and there can't be any excuses for getting it wrong. I would've asked them to re-fire it but it was very busy and I didn't see the waitress for 15 or 20 minutes by which time it was pointless as my date and already finished her meal. I can't eat a rare steak it makes me gag so I had mashed potatoes and broccolini for dinner and I took my steak home to cook properly. I will still return to Earl's as it has many redeeming qualities, including making a delicious steak when they get it right! “

“I ordered the spicy chicken burger and was pleasantly surprised! And in house breaded piece of chicken that easily filled half the take out box! Along with a slaw, banana peppers and pickles! Im excited to see what other gems are hiding on the menu! (I hear the ribs are fall off the bone delicious)“

“The atmosphere made you feel at home, with fresh-cut flowers, romantic lighting, and a lovely staff.

The food was fresh and in large portions. I had delicious short ribs and a glass of pinot noir for dinner. End the meal with a light lemon cheesecake!

“Went there as walk-ins to celebrate the Valentine’s Day and were pleasantly surprised by how great the place is. First of all, delicious salmon bowls both teriyaki and cajun! Attentive staff and amazing martini cocktails. Will be coming back!

Glad we have such a nice place here in Chilliwack and there no need to always go to Cactus in Abbotsford.“

“Here's a polished review you can post: ⸻ We had such a lovely Valentine's Day dinner at The Copper Room! The food was absolutely amazing. My husband ordered the halibut and I had the rack of lamb — both were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. You can really tell care goes into the dishes. The live band was fantastic and played a great variety of music, which made the whole evening feel special and romantic. It added such a fun atmosphere to the night. Since it was Valentine's Day, service took a little longer than usual, but that was completely understandable given how busy they were. And honestly, our waiter (Martin, I believe!) made the experience even better. He was attentive, funny, and had such a great personality. The only small note for us was that the drinks were a bit sweeter than we prefer — but that's just personal taste. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return. A perfect spot for a special night out!“

“Its a very nice quality White Spot, and the layout + vibe is great and has lots of various seating options.
The food is exactly what you should expect from typical WS menu and this location has excellent burgers and fries, soups etc.
Overall service is good but-!! check your bill carefully. I got charged extra for asking to bring tiny side of mayo instead of some other dressing that I can't have. When I pointed out to my Server, she started to argue with me instead of just quickly apologise and take it off the bill. She did not realise that I am in same profession (I'm also a restaurant Server) So i had to explain to her that in cases like this you don't overcharge. She finally complied when i offered to call the Supervisor.
My advice to the Servers at this location. Please keep in mind that amount of your tip directly depends on quality of your service and honesty with every customer.

“Just ate at the lounge when we first arrived at the resort and the staff serving were absolutely amazing. The food was so good! I had the best steak sandwich I’ve ever had and the beer was nice and cold. The young lady that served us went above and beyond and the gentleman behind the bar treated us like family.
