Fresh food and quaint atmosphere.
Bowen Sushi - Jin’s Sushi is a wonderful Bowen Island gem. This small place by the ferry has undergone a recent transformation with updates to ordering technology and menu modernizations, while keeping the same charm. The food is clean and good. Everything is very fresh and prepared beautifully. The tempura is exceptionally fresh, crunchy and light. The inari bombs are a MUST, with a perfect blend of ingredients. Try some of their Korean dishes, which may be their specialty. The yam roll is delightful, fresh and packed with flavor. The salmon avocado roll is delicious but has not enough fish and avocado in comparison to the rice. The no nonsense service and friendly staff make it a great place to pick up when having a sushi craving. Food portions are good. If you love sushi, it is a go place in Bowen.
