“Now this is a burger. Start with the fresh, high quality beef still oozing with juicy taste, trapped with goodness. But throw a dash of unique toppings rarely seen in burgers, like shredded carrots and pineapple, well it takes a whole new level. And their sides are also amazing and filling. You haven't lived until you tried this.“

“Honestly, after finishing The Climb (Sea to Summit Trail), even a hot dog and bun would’ve tasted like a Michelin-star meal — but the food here was way above expectations. I ordered the beef brisket sandwich, and it was absolutely awesome. I was so hungry I demolished it in under five minutes.
We sat on the outdoor patio, overlooking the mountains and Howe Sound — unreal views, fresh air, total peace. After hiking up through mud, sweat, and rock, sitting there with good food and that view felt like a dream.
It’s one of those moments you don’t forget — the perfect reward after an intense climb. Highly recommend stopping here whether you hiked up or took the gondola — great food, epic views, unforgettable vibe.“

“I love retro style asian diners. This place is one of them and it's all the way out in Squamish. They open early enough for me to drive out and get some grub before the drive home. Now fair warning, if you don't understand the significance of places like this in Canadian historical dining culture, then maybe I suggest you ho elsewhere for your pretty little lattes and vegan sandwiches. This place serves old school western chinese food and breakfast and no frills burgers and fries.
Places like this are getting scarce. As owners get older and the kids don't want to takeover the business it gets sold and gentrified. But as long as they're around, I'll visit them as much as I can as well as other similar style diners like this. For me the breakfast was decent, I'm not expecting too much. It was good. The lady there was nice and cooked us a wonderful breakfast. They bought this about 15 years ago (if I remembered right) Like it used to be back in the 60's to 80's. Call me old, or old fashioned, meh, it's just how I like it. How we like it.“

“In early June, my husband and I had booked a room for the night in Squamish after travelling from Victoria, across the Strait of Georgia on the ferry, then driving up the Sea-to-Sky highway. I had the Sirloin Steak with garlic butter, Parmesan Mashed Potatoes and Broccolini. It was delicious! Hubby had the Oven Baked Salmon with Parmeson Mashed Potatoes and Broccolini. He enjoyed his meal also. We had great service from the wait staff person. Thank you, White Spot!“
“First time at the restaurant. Service was good. The octopus dish was good but there was only four pieces of octopus, the clam chowder tasted more like a potato leek soup than seafood. Overall, the food was decent, atmosphere great. I would give it another try.“

“Consistently the gold standard for Dairy Queen food quality, cleanliness and service. All other Dairy Queens should send ambassadors to Squamish to find out how good a Dairy Queen can be.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Water Shed Grill – Squamish
If you’re anywhere near Squamish and not stopping at the Water Shed Grill, you’re missing out on some serious happiness. The curry was so delicious it could probably solve minor life problems, and the Chicken Brie burger? Let’s just say I’m still thinking about it like it was a summer crush.
The staff were incredibly friendly and on-the-ball—like they knew what I needed before I did (which, frankly, is a gift). Every interaction felt warm and effortless, the kind that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left.
Now, the parking… yes, it’s a bit of an adventure. But honestly, what’s a great story without a tiny challenge? You’ll survive, you’ll laugh about it, and the food on the other side makes it totally worth it.
Bottom line: come for the view, stay for the food, leave feeling like the main character. 🌟“
