A home style cooking restaurant. The dishes are not elegantly plated it is more like what your family would serve at dinner. The combo is decent value, Miso soup or black tea, rice, fried tofu, stir fried Taiwanese cabbage, and a choice of 2 mains. We choose Kung Pao chicken and satay beef. The decor is basic and a bit run down but the service was quick and the food tasted good. Like many Asian businesses in Metro Vancouver, they prefer cash. You can pay with cash or debit card...
Simple flavorful tasty dishes thats got good portions and value. The meal sets is such a good deal. Have been here several times and never had a bad experience. Comfort Taiwanese food in a very low key casual setting.
I've been here over a dozen times and the food has been great every time. The combo for two is good value and highly recommended. My wife also loves the shrimp and masago fried rice (not part of the combo).
