Nice spacious location! Stopped by when there was a 2 for $10 special and ordered the Grass Jelly Roasted Milk Tea, which is a usual favourite. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the drinks tasted great with the modifications on ice and sugar level. I substituted oat milk to one of the drinks and it's a $1.20 add-on (not cheap for non-dairy drinkers)! But I appreciated the option!
In-store, they had a sign about complimentary parking after 5 pm, but when questioned, the staff couldn't answer how to get to the parking area (off which street, etc.). I forgot to scan my rewards card as I wasn't asked at payment, but I contacted Chatime and they were able to rectify as it couldn't be added after-the-fact in-store. Would recommend! I came mid-day around 3 pm but imagine it gets busier in the evenings.

Mango QQ is my go to with all coconut jelly.
Worth them tipping as they can customize so much all day, and for them to allow me to swap out the pearls for more coconut jelly — that’s classy!
Friendly service and lightning fast compared to the Macu though it’s a different story, cutting up fresh mango’s and all lol.
Love their one free parking stall but gotta go in for the paper parking pass.

I ordered my drink on Nov 12th at 7:40PM. And I see a blonde hair female employee behind the counter smoking her pink vape inbetween making customers’ drinks.Knowing that the second-hand smoking is extremely concerning to others’ health, I would recommend the owner to take a serious consideration of the issue. If no response, I will raise my concern to HQ.
