My children and I always buy ice cream from DQ when we visit Lougheed mall. Today staff were pleasant and the chocolate extreme brownie treat was so yummy and refreshing!
Workers were showing some attitude/had a move. Just smile a bit to make it a better experience
There’s a fella that works here most of the time, or at least he seems to be there when I go, and he’s pretty bad at the whole customer service thing. Sort of just stares at you judgementally as you order and mumbles when he speaks, never smiles or says thank you. He also makes the blizzards so that all the toppings are on the top, so the bottom third or sometimes half of the blizzard is just plain vanilla ice cream. I have never received them like this at other locations...read full review
